I was actually surprised by the fine view from my room at Kilyos Kale Hotel. Gazing out at the beautiful Black Sea was a amazing experience. The hotel pool was clean and serene, providing a peaceful place to relax.

Staff were helpfull, view from our room was amazing. It was minutes away from Kilyos city center. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away:)))

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre, with nice views of the sea. the rooms are spacious, and some have a balcony for an enjoyable sea view. Breakfast offers a reasonable selection of pastries and fruits. Some rooms have a well-equipped kitchen. the staff is mostly friendly and accommodating.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, as some guests have experienced unpleasant odours in their bathrooms.

the location was also perfect, with only a 20-minute drive from the airport.
Poor Communication and Dirty Rooms the staff had difficulty communicating with us as they could not speak English. We even encountered some rude waiters in their restaurant.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the pool and our room. We appreciated the hotel's location, close to the city centre and transportation options. The breakfast was also satisfying, providing a good start to the day. some of the staff members were helpful and could communicate with us in English.
Everything was spot on.

The views from the hotel were simply stunning! We were lucky enough to wake up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning of our stay. The hotel's location was also very convenient - just a short drive away from the international airport and from the city center. The room was equipped with a comfortable bed.
Our stay was unfortunately far from perfect. The room was quite smelly and it appeared the hotel had a smoking problem.
